Tasks
You
lead complex, high-stakes client assignments
across IT Asset&Vendor Management, from strategy to execution.
You
act as a trusted advisor
and sounding board for senior stakeholders, translating business goals into pragmatic governance and operating models.
You
mentor and coach consultants , building capability while staying close to the content and delivery.
You
shape methodologies and ways of working , contributing to Leadout’s internal strategy and knowledge frameworks.
You
represent Leadout externally , building credibility and visibility in the market through thought leadership and client outcomes.
Requirements
You are a
senior professional with 6+ years of consulting or project-based experience
(or equivalent industry expertise)
You’re known for
clarity, vision, and turning strategy into action .
You
lead without ego and collaborate with intent , building trust across business and IT.
You are
motivated by strategic challenge and collective success .
You are
fluent in English
(Dutch or French is a plus).
