Advise clients on the structuring and set-up of investment funds (PE&VC) Support the full lifecycle of funds, from formation to ongoing operations Assist with drafting and reviewing fund documentation and agreements Contribute to capital raising processes and investor-related documentation Provide support on regulatory and compliance matters relevant to investment fundsConduct legal research and analysis on complex fund-related topics Work closely with senior lawyers and directly interact with clients on active matters Profiel

Belgian Master's degree in Law with strong academic results A first experience in Corporate and M&A Strong interest in investment funds, private equity and venture capital Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset Fluent in Dutch and English Motivated, eager to learn and keen to develop within a high-level practiceAanbod
