Lead the backbone of our digital world. We’re looking for a Server Tech Lead to take charge of our Private Cloud infrastructure and drive innovation across multiple datacenters and hybrid environments.

You’ll design and optimize high‑performing, secure, and scalable solutions that keep mission‑critical systems running flawlessly. From architecture and automation to disaster recovery and modernization, you’ll ensureour platforms are ready for the future.
What You’ll Do
Lead with impact: Guide engineering squads, mentor tech leads, and set best practices for server technologies.
Shape the architecture: Define strategies for performance, security, and scalability across on‑prem and cloud environments.
Drive modernization: Lead datacenter migrations, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technology with business goals.
Be the expert: Act as the escalation point for complex incidents and ensure compliance, security, and reliability.
What You Bring
Deep expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware, Hyper‑V).
Experience with AWS, Azure, and hybrid‑cloud strategies.
Strong knowledge of automation tools (Terraform, Ansible) and scripting.
A strategic mindset with hands‑on technical skills.
Leadership qualities: mentoring, collaboration, and driving technical excellence.
