A job at the crossroads of engineering, coordination and communication. You are the central contact point on the site, ensuring the day-to-day site operations run smoothly. You are typically one of the first on site, review the daily schedule, and manage priorities from the site itself. You work closely with workers, foremen, architects, suppliers and project leaders, aiming to keep all parties informed and engaged. You aim to have the workplace within a reasonable driving distance from your home.Responsibilities

You take operational control of the site: you start with the necessary preparation and, using the project plan, coordinate the work so that everyone knows what to do. You communicate regularly with the project manager and external parties (architects, suppliers, etc.). You ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental regulations.You manage budgets for the purchase of materials. You draw up schedules and progress reports. You lead the site meetings. Your Work Context

For this position good knowledge of the Dutch language is a prerequisite. You will oversee ambitious construction projects, from specific regional projects to larger developments, and are responsible for the operational management at your site. Qualifications

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering construction, civil engineer-architect or industrial engineer construction. Technical knowledge to communicate with workers and foremen and provide clear instructions. A communicative and coordinating mindset with the ability to keep everyone informedand motivated.Flexibility and eagerness to learn to switch between the different dimensions of the job.
